I did what you said, now I get this...

cpan> i /utils/

When I first ran the 'perl -MCPAN -e shell' command I got an error about not being able to get a list of mirrors. So from another terminal on the Nagios box I 'wget some.ftp.site' (used the ftp site that was in the error) and it worked! So now I have this MIRRORED.BY file in my user root directory and I don't know what to do with it. As you can see by the error I tried to put the file in the Config.pm, but that did not work.

Hitting my head on the desk :-(
