nagios plugins compile problem on debian

Interesting.  I've seen this problem with Solaris8.  Here's (most likely)
what you need to do:

$ make
$ touch aclocal.m4
$ make
$ touch Makefile.in
$ make
$ touch configure
$ make

jc
