Logging issues ...

Hi,

 Anyway, if I check my syslog file I also have:

Nov 24 23:23:16 sigma nagios: SERVICE ALERT: cowicitrix;Published App SQL
Server Manager;OK;HARD;3;Ok. Citrix master browser "192.1
68.1.183" reported that the published applications "SQL Server manager,SQL
Server manager" are available.

Which is of type HARD. Why is this error/alert not listed in the eventlog ?
Or should it be in the Notifications part instead ?
