NAGIOS on SunOS 5.8 (SunFire)

I had 2 issues earlier (about a year ago), when running Netsaint on solaris.
Both issues were with the plugins.
I had a hard time to get check_http to work with --ssl ( but finally
managed, should be easier with the new openssl also)
I did not get check_ldap to compile.

I am going to install NAGIOS on Solaris 8 Platform. I know it says on the
Website that NAGIOS will run on any Unix Environment, but Does anyone know
of any issues that may comeup while installing it on Solaris intead of Linux
?

Any helpful tips would be much appreciated.
