Installing Nagios on Freebsd 4.5

Hi all,  

I want to install Nagios on FreeBsd 4.5, it will be greatly appreciated if some one can help me with the neccesary steps, I have apache already installed, my problem is when I ftp to ftp.nagio.org I am not allowed in as annonymous. Please kindly give me a tip.
