[OT?] check_http and proxy (Solve)

Hi all,
I have solved my problem.
Here is my command: 
# 'check_http_port' command definition
define command{
        command_name    check_http_by_proxy
        command_line    $USER1$/check_http -I proxyAddress -u http://$HOSTADDRESS$
        }
