It sounds like you do not have the .htaccess file in place or set up properly. Please send to the list the contents and permissions of the .htaccess file in your nagios sbin directory.

error:

When I acess the nagios, there are no screen asking for user and password.
And in the top left, where apears "logged in as foo" is apearing "logged in
as ?"
