Stupid question?

[Gary Rule]

I have just started using nagios for the first time. Everything is
working well except for some of the reporting. For instance when I go to
Availability reporting it shows all my machines with 0.000% time up/
time down/ and time unreachable. 100.000% undetermined. What am I
missing?
