Bug in availability reporting

Greetings,

Just noticed a bug in the availability reporting for Nagios that
I thought others might be interested in.

When a host is in scheduled downtime and is unreachable, Nagios
reports (in the availability report) that the Unreachable time is
unscheduled, when clearly it is scheduled.

This make for a fun time when reporting upon SLA's as you have to
manually remove this time from the calculated figure.
