check_nt and NSClient on NT

I have also had that problem when I was monitoring a site that a client had
on a t-1. The client was maxing out the t-1 and tcp connections would time
out. Is the switch that the server is plugged into saturated or on a slow
connection ? Or is the connection getting pounded?
