Nagios not passing warning when using nrpe?

Im using nrpe to monitor disk utilization on remote clients, however
when a threshold has been met Nagios doesn't treat the output as a
problem. As you can see from the output here nrpe out reports a problem
but Nagios says its "OK" Can anyone tell me how to get Nagios to display
an alert when using nrpe?
