Notification to Mobile.....

The real problem here is that you rely on internet connectivity and a
working email system. If you want to get paged when 1) your internet
link breaks down or 2) your email system is a goner, then you're out
of luck. The best thing still is attaching a plain old modem to the
serial port and use tools like http://www.smsclient.org.
