It is the UNIX time_t value. The variable time_t is a standard data type
used to store the number of seconds since the standard UNIX Epoch, 00:00:00
January 1, 1970 UTC.

Subject: [Nagios-users] nagios.log file entries

Hello;
Can anyone tell me what the string of numbers on the left side of a
nagios.log entry is? Is there a rhyme or reason to them?

Thanks....
