Notification to Mobile.....

HI

I have installed Nagios for my environment.Things are working fine except 
the notification to my mobile.How do i do this.I gave my mobile number with 
the country code ..eg +919840132325 ...but this format is not working...Im 
not sure whether this is right..Can someone help me in  this...
