Merged disk checks

I think netsaint_statd or nagios_statd is the easiest way to check
this. 

[root at netsaint root]# /usr/local/netsaint/libexec/check_all_disks.pl
gcclo12 80 90 
Warning: /opt(93%) /opt/ignite(90%)

All it needs is a client side Perl deamon on the target servers.
