User Access to certain hosts

Is there a way to allow certain users to have access to views of only 
certain hosts?  I work for a hosting company that would like to allow 
the clients that pay for monitoring to be able to view the status of 
their server but not anyone elses.  Is this possible or is this 
something I should post to the development list?
