[Nagios/Netsaint] Performances Ask

We're running the following:

- 1 Intel PIII @ 800MHz
- 1 GB RAM
- Red Hat Linux 7.3
- Nagios 1.0

We're checking 127 hosts, 1076 services today, with >97% of them completed
within 5 minutes.
