qpage and nagios

OK i was able to fix the problem with qpage and nagios.  This is how i did it.

chmod -R 777 /usr/local/nagios/

Not sure why this fix the problem but now I'm able to receive pages from 
nagios.

I was able to send a page form the command line as any user i even create a 
new user just to test qpage and it work. will thanks for all the email 
helping me out with this.
