Error: Could not stat() command file '/usr/local/nagios/var/rw/nagios.cmd'!

Check the following:

1. the gid for nagios matches the gid for apache
2. the gid above has write access to /usr/local/nagios/var/rw
3. you have external commands enabled (check_external_commands)


Blocking - blocking will show how many hosts are unreachable because a 
parent host is down.  If you don't have parents defined, blocking will 
always be 0.
