CGI Authentication

Hi Rob

Haven't played with Nagios yet but in Netsaint (0.0.7) you can do this 
by adding "use_authentication=TRUE;" to "cgi/cmd.c" on row 1216, right
before the test sequence of this variable.

Hope this can give a clue on how to do it on Nagios also.
