Where=?ISO-8859-1?B?tA==?=s my etc

Hello,
I have compiled nagois and installed it, after the install the etc folder
was missing. 

I tried to install it 3-4 times but it is always the same problem.

All the other folders and files where created after tiping the make-install
order.

Has anyone any ideas?
