[naemon-users] Re-notification blocked for this problem because not enough time has passed since last notification.

Naemon is not sending any mail.  I believe this occurred since upgrading 
recently to naemon-1.0.4_20160226-1.el6.x86_64.

Although there are several notifications being generated, I'm seeing the 
following in /var/log/naemon/naemon.log

Re-notification blocked for this problem because not enough time has 
passed since last notification.

Nothing is being passed to the local sendmail, /var/log/maillog has no 
entries.

The "Re-notification blocked for this problem because not enough time 
has passed since last notification." message occurs for any 
notification, even those for new events.

How can I best troubleshoot this issue?
