I'm guessing this was just a packaging error as I looked in SVN and it looks like it's correct there.  The spec file needs some updating it looks like but as far as versions it looks correct.

Dan, yes it fails when i try to build rpm binary package from the spec file. if i open the spec file i see version as 2.13 instead of 2.14. Please suggest further.
