MSG_NOSIGNAL problem

Hi,

I am trying to build latest nagioscore copied from SVN repository.
In my Mac OS X, it fail with following message.

nerd.c: In function ‘broadcast’:
nerd.c:205: error: ‘MSG_NOSIGNAL’ undeclared (first use in this function)

It seems to be needed a patch which is similar to followings.
