PATCH: Fix missing quotes in Makefile.in

Hi list,

the attached patch file fixes the following error during "make all":

     - Look at the sample config files
     - Read the documentation on the Nagios Library at:
/bin/sh: Syntax error: Unterminated quoted string

Patch file was created from recent SVN repository using git diff.
