The nagios community wants to keep its open soul

To be fair, if you aren't logged into the site your vote is
automatically assigned one of these usernames. The site counts the
vote but displays a banner to the user to sign up. So this could be
malicious or simply a lot of people who don't have accounts on
ideas.nagios.org.
