Bug in Performance Data

Greetings:
I found a bug where the performance stats do not reflect execution times 
accurately. 

version 3.2.1 shows execution times to be millions of seconds. 
Any ideas?

I have tried removing status.dat and retention files. Within a few minutes, it 
goes back to these numbers. 

Anyone with idea?
