regarding that table it might be inappropriate to define unique keys as 
there only is a procedure depending on different states with 
insert/update/delete. The other way around it's rather useless to get 
doubled rows within timedeventqueue even if they will get deleted soon - 
timedevent* happens quite often and the bigger the table the longer an 
update will take. It's rather useless for the performance part but I 
would suggest rewriting the insert query to insert or update, just like 
the normal timedevents query happens for historical purposes.
