Configissue with empty hostgroups and service definition on that hostgroup

Hi Mathias,

thanks for th eold thread.

The thread ends befor its clear if this patch will get a part of nagios and
i had found nothing in the changelog for 3.0.6 and 3.1. Do you now more?
