Here is a patch to 3.0.2.  It will add the 'e' or 'downtimestop' option to 'service_notification_options' and 'host_notification_options'.  I'll write up a patch for host and service definations at a later time.  The functionality of the 's' option is unchanged and will cause all downtime notifications to be sent.

I don't think I missed anything other than the documentation.  Tested it right now.

The notifications_options need to seperate out downtime start and stop.  I know during most of the maintenance we have that we can care less that they have started but only care when they have stopped to verify they are recovered.

I also noticed the 3.0 documentation is missing the 's' option for service_notification_options though the code shows it is implemented.

I'll write up a patch to 3.0.2 and send it shortly that implements the 'e' option that will alarm only on downtime stop or cancel.
