That's how it works, now. Maybe it'd be best to do it like
servicegroup=A&servicegroup=B&servicegroup=C

so the cgi could handle data sent by html forms with multi-selectable
select/option elements directly. I personally use this for a small 
cgi/html dashboard ATM.
