Nagios3 CVS - Notification State (null) in Log

Dear List,

today I updated my 
test system to the newest Nagios3 CVS.

I generated a Critical state by submitting a passiv check result.
The Service changed his state to critical and a notification (critical 
state) was send but in the nagios.log and caused by this in the 
Nagios-Giu, the notification state is (null) -> Unknown 

Here you can see a part of nagios.log
