Nagios recording all service checks

Hi
Here  is the previous log message regarding PRDAPP2:
[1178638285] SERVICE ALERT: PRDAPP2;PING;OK;HARD;1;PING OK - Packet loss =
0%, RTA = 1.01 ms
There was no transaction from SOFT or non-OK states.
