Nagios recording all service checks

If it'S doing passive monitoring you can set:

log_passive_checks=0

In nagios.cfg. You shouldn't get anything logged for active checks though.
If that's not the problem can you show us what Nagios is logging exactly
(Send a few lines from your log)?
