Hi,

I am working on PgSQL support and I have finished to write my first version. 
Feel free to comment.

In order to keep the code simple, the "insert... on duplicate key" are 
processed by pgsql functions. That's the same with "mysql_insert_id" which 
does not exist in libpq.
