documentation improvements

Hi,

there are some things about required and optional directives in
objectdefinitions.html, especially if there are 'alternate requires'.

Examples:

define host {
   contacts
   contact_groups
}
both in red, required, but one of them is enough.

define hostgroup {
   members
   hostgroup_members
}
first in red, second in black, but none of them is required if there is a
hostgroups entry in the corresponding host definition.

Idea: introduce a new color, i.e. green.

Green means: this directive is required in principle, but there are
alternatives, and one of them succeeds.
red further means: directive must be specified in all cases.

***

Small correction to service definition in the same file:
contact_groups (and contacts), notification_interval and
notification_period are no longer required (would be inherited from host definition)
and should shown in black.
