NSCA using PROCESS_FILE

Yes, because of this bottleneck those commands should be as less as
possible, shouldn't they? That is why I was thinking of writing a
multiplexer which opens the pipe in non-blocking mode and
- starts nsca
- transports the data to the graphing tool
- ...
So only one nagios pipe is needed and no stack of commands/files/pipes.
But I am not sure if this is worthwile ...
