serios problem after reloads with nagios 2.3.1

I checked this with the comment from Andreas Husch. It seems the rpm i 
am using from dags rpm repository (http://dag.wieers.com/apt/) has 
permissions set too root.root for config files. After i changed them 
reloads just work fine. I will contact dag and ask him to change this.
