Warning: Could not get group entry for 'nagios' on FreeBSD

Using ktrace and kdump crashed my box. I have ascertained however that
the problem only occurs when Nagios is run as a daemon (not when it's
run in the foreground). Also, from ktrace it looks like Nagios found
/etc/passwd and /etc/group with no problems.
