extinfo.cgi seg fault

The error_log from apache only has this to say:

  [Fri Feb 25 09:01:20 2005] [error] [client x.x.x.x] Premature end of 
script headers: extinfo.cgi,
  referer: http://x.x.x.x/cgi-bin/status.cgi?hostgroup=all&style=grid

Thats why I attempted to run it from the command line. Are there any other 
logs that I should be checking?

I also forgot to mention that this is running on a Solaris 8 machine.
