Problem accessing the web interface to the Nagios CVS ?

Dear Folks,

Formerly I have been able to browse the CVS with the web interface 
linked on http://wwww.Nagios.ORG.

For the last couple of days, not so.

When I access http://cvs.sourceforge.net/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/nagios/, 
another browser is opened at

http://cvs.sourceforge.net/viewcvs.py/nagios/

which returns either

Bad Gateway

The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.

or yesterday, another error message relating to the maximum number of 
proxies being execeeded.

No changes to client or internet access infrastructure have been made to 
my knowledge since the problem started.

It seems that this is an upstream/SF problem since the problem is 
reproducible from another .AU host (with direct, unproxied Internet 
access).
